Yes, they are bean-to-bar. Look at the site: They make chocolate using the traditional/stone ground/Taza method (also called Modican style). I tasted 3 bars so far. I like the Peru very much, very aromatic and fruity. Soconusco is also nice, softer aroma's. I tasted the Ben Tre next to Marou's. But that was not a good idea. Marou blows Donna away ;-)

Very colorful!  Do you know if this company is bean-to-bar?  And what did you think of the taste?
