I set the chocolate temperature too low, then left the enrober to its own "devices" for maybe an hour.  When I came back, the chocolate had partially crystallized and assumed the look of chocolate flowstone (a rock formation found in caverns). The belt ripped in several places, but with a little patience, I was able to reassemble everything

Hi Eve,

That's good news! Thanks for sharing the picture! When I was first learning to use the machine. I had the wheel spinning to fast and 15 pounds of chocolate went flying out of the machine right on the floor. Good luck during the holidays and Happy enrobing!

Hi Daniel.  Oh, yes, we fixed it.  It looks worse than it turned out to be.  The wires are really springy and they resumed their former shape.  We had walked out for a time, and the chocolate's temperature had been set a little too low, causing it to crystallize and set around the belt.

Can you send me the link of what happened. I would love to read the story. I have the same machine. Was it able to be fixed
