hello james, I'm Aulia, love to see your pictures actually, I' still a beginner in chocolate life. I've seen piped thechoclate, would you mind to share the info of colored cocoa butter? it's still new for me, thank you^_^.

Oh, ok. You are piping tempered chocolate, not ganache. Now it makes sense.

Hello Andre,
In the photo I am making spheres. The molds are lined with colored cocoa butter, and I am piping in tempered chocolate, Theres another picture emptying the molds.

Hi James.
I am very curious about this photo. I see the color in the shell, but then I notice you are piping the ganache into what looks like a mold without a chocolate shell! Unless you painted the inside of the chocolate shell.
Do you mind sharing with us what you are doing?
