Antica Dolceria Bonajuto is another Sicilian chocolate maker making chocolate in a traditional style, though generally more refined than Donna Elvira. This bar is flavored with powdered white pepper which, wildly, gives the bar the flavor of roasted peanuts. Palate-bending and worth a go.
