ChocolateWk2012 - Donna Elvira

Donna Elvira is one of a handful of chocolate makers on Sicily making chocolates using pre-industrial techniques. The result is a coarse chocolate with large cocoa and sugar crystals - and acquired taste. This bar was made in collaboration with the Italian brewer Birra del Borgo and is flavored with Amarillo Hops. If you like drinking an aggressively dry-hopped IPA then you will love this bar.
