Enric Rovira is one of the top confectioners in Barcelona, perhaps known best for his irreverent attitude towards flavor combinations and an extremely creating approach to creating collections.

The planetarium collection comprises ten chocolates - one for the sun, and one for each of the nine planets (okay, okay, maybe there are eight planets plus Pluto which is something else). There is also a set of six (one for each continent except for Antarctica that are flavored with ingredients common to each continent, e.g., macadamia nuts for Australia). His panned pink peppercorns are addictive (and sold out quickly).
