ChocolateWk2012 - Idilio Origins
The line of Idilio bars now encompasses over a dozen different bean origins, with the introduction of the newest - #14 - from Chuao. Each bar is numbered in the order it was released. I got a sample of this from Idilio partner Niklaus Blumer at the the Academy of Chocolate conference and picked up #1 - Porcelana - at the show. I've been corresponding with partner Pascal Wirth here on TheChocolateLife and it was nice to finally meet him.
