Duffy Sheardown is one of only three artisan/craft bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the UK currently selling chocolate commercially (there are others in the startup stage). An award winner for his micro-batch production, his Indio Rojo bar is made with beans produced by Frank Homann in Honduras. Duffy is a ChocolateLife member who I first had the pleasure of meeting in person in Perugia in 2009 while visiting Eurochocolate.
