I like chocolate and I like craft beer, so after setting in to my hotel, I joined Erik Spande and his wife Leslie, ex-pats running a fine chocolate shop in Amsterdam - Chocolatl -for drinks and dinner. The brewery is not located in the windmill, but right next door in the building just in front of the windmill.
