Euro2012 Belgium - Gerbaud entrance
Laurent Gerbaud is not your typical Belgian confectioner. To start out, he doesn't use a Belgian brand of chocolate. He uses an Italian brand - Domori. The shop is off the Sablon near the Place Horta and the Gallery Ravenstein. It's worth seeking out. You can get coffee and an aperitif and enjoy some distinctly non-traditional Belgian chocolate offerings.
