Bought and eaten within the first week right after I got off the plane. I think the better question is how long it had sat in the store/factory with sub par air quality control -- leading to mold spores in the air and landing on the truffle surface before the shell got put on. The chocolate looked great on the shell.. It is just rotten mold inside.

You know I have eaten theirs frequently, even drove their and took a class. The only use fresh ingredients.  I am wondering how long it sat around before you got it.
