Sepp Schönbächler, R&D Manager at Felchlin, did a presentation and tasting at the Origin Chocolate Event in Amsterdam Oct 23. We tasted the new Grand Cru couverture Costa Rica. First a drink of the raw beans to taste the characteristics of the bean. Then a low roast and a high roast and also the conched versions of them. Very nice to taste the difference. And I'm happy the low roast is in Felchlins collection now!
