Hi Lowe, This evening I tasted both the Chuao's. I like the 217 better than the 218. How about you? Yesterday I tasted the Madagascar bars 214, 215 and 216. It's very interesting to taste the result of more roasting (214 and 215) and more conching (215 and 216). I prefer the 215 and 216. That's quite funny because the 214 just won an award.

Which of these Chuao bars did you like more? And how do they compare to the other Fresco bars?
