Texture and melt are very good. Most of the Dominican chocolate I have tasted has an intense flavour profile. This one is much sweeter, I think it's because of the vanilla. So I'm very curious to get to know how the chocolate tastes without vanilla. The Catonga bar was the most fruity and definitely my favorite! Chocolove, Vera
