Layer 1 is a pumpkin seed praliné mixed with milk chocolate. Layer 2 is a dark chocolate (Danta Finca Los Ujuxtes 60%) ganache and layer 3 is a mango gelée. Enrobed in Danta 60% couverture and decorated with a modern motif.
