I have some on order, i will let you know. So far my fav Madagascar is Pralus, i love the roastiness he achieves with it. Though i dont like this effect in some of his other origins

Hi Tom, nice to hear from you! Madagascar beans are one of my favorites. I like the light, fresh, fruity and acid flavours. Every chocolate maker has it's own style to make chocolate. I prefer the makers who create a chocolate in which I can taste the lightness and fruitiness, for exemple Dandelion, Amano, Valrhona's Ampamakia and Patric. The Menakao bars have a more robust, bold, deep character just like the packaging tells you. It's good chocolate and I like it, but it's not my favorite. What's your opinion?
