This is my "Peanut Butter and Jelly House Blend" Its a mix of fruity Dominican Hispaniola beans, as well as columbian santander beans, with a bit of panama talamanca "chocolatey" beans for contrast. Its an 81% Cacao chocolate with an extra hit of madagascar vanilla
