Les Chocolats de Pauline: Tanzanie 70%

My third chocolate bar from Pauline, and each one was a good one! I do like these 100% organic bars. Without lecthine and with canesugar 25%, pâte de cacao and cacaobutter 75%.
Strong and light acidity with hints of liquorice and red fruits.
