Thanks Nat, in fact I knew what it was but I didn 't knew the exact word, I usually speak french and am discovering the specific chocolate vocabulary in English. So thanks, now I know that "cabosse" in french is translated by "pod" in english. ;-)

Titia, those are actually very small fruit or pods, not beans in the picture. They are beautiful and small at this stage, but you can already see the ridges that will eventually dominate along the sides of the mature cacao pod.
