Pacari Chocolate is crafted from the Arriba Nacional cacao varietal from the rainforests of Ecuador. Our regional bars are made with hand selected organic cacao beans from our partner cacao producers in three distinct regions of Ecuador.

Manabi 65% Cacao: The Manabi Bar has citrus aroma with a strong upfront cacao profile. It offers an adventurous combination of nut and citrus flower flavors with a smooth and lasting finish.
Esmeraldas 60% Cacao: We invite you to enjoy a new experience with the intensity of Esmeraldas cacao which offers banana, floral and honey flavors. A complex bar with great smoothness and a long finish.
Los Rios 72 % Cacao:
The Los Rios bar evokes the exotic aromas of the lush tropical forests where the cacao is grown. You will find strong upfront cacao with notes of fruit blossom and subtle finish of guan√°bana and roasted coffee.
NEW Raw 70% Cacao: The 70% cacao raw bar offers a blend of fine Ecuadorian cacao bringing a subtle wave of flavors which begin with a taste of citrus flowers followed by strong cacao and hints of jasmine and nuts. All of the cacao ingredients in our raw chocolate are minimally processed and kept at low temperatures to maintain the antioxidants and complex flavor profile of the natural cacao.
Raw 100 % Cacao:
The 100% Cacao has hints of fruit and spices with a perfect balance of slight acidity and bitterness in the unsweetened cacao.
