Francisco gave me a bar of both of them at the Chicago Fine Chocolate Show. I prefered the nube. I'm a beginner in the chocolate world and i'm learning, but it seemed to have more floral notes and an nteresting aftertaste. As a kid i always thought chocolate was suppossed to be super sweet, now i have been learning the different varieations in cacao content, where the beans came from, how they were processed create completely different tasting chocolate.
