This is difficult to say, but the dark chocolates ganaches are lots of people favorites, pralinées with not to much sugar added are also selling good.
I hate to much sugar and my clients now that by now. Some times there are people amazed how its possible they never could loved chocolate on this way, funny to me :-)

For ages I haven't felt any need asking for a recipe, but I am about to do this now... even knowing you play in a distinctly superior league... :)
