Hello Ivica,

Thanks for beeing an admirer, these triangles are the inside parts for a Chocolategateau. The anglaise is a Crémeux four spices: 1 l cream 35%, 15 g four spices, 150 g sugar, 240 g yolks and 5 sheets gelatine...)
