Caramelized White Chocolate Truffles
Our white chocolate, carefully caramelized and made into a ganache. Formed into truffles with a Chocoflex sphere mold, hand-enrobed in Danta white chocolate and decorated with a blush of copper luster. They taste like an ultra-rich Dulce de Leche!
