Hey, I met Alan McClure of Patric Chocolates recently and he told me to get in touch with you. I currently live in San Francisco (very close to your Bittersweet Cafe on Fillmore), and am looking to start growing and making chocolate. My process is very trial and error. I have some seeds sprouting in Kailua. From this album, I see that your system is more efficient than mine. I was wondering where you got these pots. And also how long the plants will last outside of the ground.
