Apricot Almond Power Bombs
Blended apricot, almond, and dates enrobed in 60% dark chocolate. This chocolate was tempered using the seeding method. The chocolate itself is a couverture I blended from peruvian cocoa butter, peruvian cocoa powder, and vegan sugar.
