WCM Canadian pre Sellection
World Chocolate Masters Canadian Pre sellection 2009. What an amazing experience, 3 and 1/2 weeks after knee surgery, crutches off and practicing for the impossible! I got 3rd place overall and best entremet award! My knee braces really helped otherwise i could not even walk. I will be trying again in 2011 fighting for the 1st place and the dream of representing Canada in Paris.
