To gain certain thickness of chocolate we used a floppy rubber strip and bended it into a frame shape and the then let the chocolate run inside the frame and smoothed out the surface of chocolate.
Then paper tree template was applied so you can cut the chocolate was for a tree shape.
no machines used. hope you understand my English.
