- Over 30 years retail in downtown Manhattan selling and making chocolates( hundreds of different pieces, hand dipped, and molds, Pops and asstd. molds up to 36"-in dark,milk,white,regular & sugar free in chocolate) selling candy ,roasting nuts,dried fruits,soft & hard ice cream and yogurt. I loved doing it.
