First time trying to work with chocolate. Nestle's chocolate chips, trying to melt it to dip marshmallows, was too thick, tried to add butter... hah, you know what happened, block-o-chocolate. I was all of 8 years old. Been scared and interested in chocolate ever since. Love candy making, just starting to enter a brave new world of couvature.

Because of limited experience, guittard onyx is the best I have tasted to date.
