"Andre - You've done all the right things, except I would call Chocovision and see what they can do for you. There are some electronics in your Rev 1 and it's possible, after a long period of inactivity, that something worked the first time…"

Rev1 Problems - won´t melt!

Good morning, everyone. I hope you are all well.I had not used my Rev 1 in a couple of years. Last Saturday I took it out and made a few batches of molded chocolate and the machine worked perfectly.This Saturday it did not! Chocolate Training Shopping Spree

After ruminating over and over on what to do next - I have not done much, so any step I take will be a step forward - I decided to take more classes; although I am taking a class at the moment, the nature of it being online does not keep me motivated enough. I need to be there, working the chocolate, networking with other people, in a more conducive atmosphere. The whole online thing is actually a little boring! What I've Done So Far

Eve asked me whether I've taken any training so far. I have. One! And there is another one going on now.

The first class I took was a one week, 25 hour introduction to chocolate making at ICE (the Institute of Culinary Education) in New York City, where I live.

Hi Andre
Please let me know how the classes are at The French Culinary school but just a smaller class on Chocolate Truffles and bonbons and more. I also was looking at the ecole but was a little afraid of the whole online classes. I'm more of a visual learner. Good Luck!!!!!! please let me knwo how it goes.
