- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Making up fudge, professionally, from the family formulas. I come from a line of confectioners, bakers and chocoholics! They were in business from around the late 1920's and I had to try my hand at making their specialties. There is nothing like freshly made chocolate. I loved every aspect of what I learned from them. The chocolate was my favorite to work with!!!
