I have a space of about 20 ft. x 12 ft. although it is not an exact rectangle. I was looking for a design so in my planning I wouldn't overlook some aspects of a good working kitchen. Right now I have very minimal equipment but would like to add as I go along. I only have a couple of table top tempering machines right now, and of course a whole bunch of molds ... and the other usual tools. I realize I will have to have a stove, refrigerator, and probably a microwave but was looking for some plans for arrangement and other ideas as to what else I might need.
