when i took a luis robledo chocolate course, he explained us the uses of the chocolate and how it needs to be worked, I was able to help him doing a sculpture. Since that day my interest in the chocolate world grew.
My favorite chocolate is:
cadburry's dark chocolate, 86% cacao valrhona's chocolate
