And now, I've found "The Chocolate Life".
Very inspirational!
Today, I've made truffles (300gms dark chips, 1 tab milk, 1 tab of whisky, 100gms unsalted butter, and finally 3 egg yolks), piped and set, then dipped in melted dark chocolate from the 20kg bag of dark "Callebaut" I bought from an Aussie distributor, and am having so much fun with!
These truffles will decorate my son's 29th birthday next weekend. (If they last that long!) True. xx
