- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- I had a 10# bar I needed to break up. My friend held it while I split it in two (just like boards in a karate competition). Then those needed breaking so we continued till we had 8 pieces. While trying for 1 size esmaller I nearly broke my hand...lol, so we called it quits, ate half of our supply, then used the rest in the beer we were brewing...mmmmmmmm Chocolate Stout.
