"Hola Jeff, I was wondering if you offer any kind of work experience (unpaid) or if you hold any workshops in Quito. I would really love to witness the process from the roasted cacao bean to the final chocolate product. Gracias Cat"

Hi Cat:

I don't actually make bean to bar here in Ecuador. I can set you up with a visit to the farms where the cacao is grown, and perhaps visit where the chocolate is made. At present, I don't have any opportunities for unpaid work, but I do give classes. If you come to Ecuador or are planning to, please let me know!
