My first question to you is, are you a U of M fan? (is there any other) Where do you live now?
Are you in the pastry business?
I am a retired teacher and went back to culinary school (Schoolcraft in Livonia) I am currently working part time in Rochester at a wonderful European bakery.
This is my fourth year volunteering at the World Pastry Forum. I don't want to wish the summer away but I can HARDLY wait for the end August. Talk about CHOCOLATE! You have never seen so much of the good stuff.
