Visiting The Chocolate Line in Belgium, to taste the crazy fantastic pieces made by "The Shock-latier, Dominique Persoone in Brugge. Getting to taste all kinds of creative pieces like Havana cigar chocolate - marinated in rum, cognac, and Cuban tobacco leaves. And then heading a few doors down for the very traditional top of the line pieces from Madam Dumon's. Wonderful trip, friendly people, fantastic artists and some of the worlds best chocolatiers.
