I've barely begun in the making of it, so for now my most memorable chocolate experience is in the consuming, and in that I have to say childhood hot chocolate at a place that no longer is in NYC called Rosemaries's.

NZ is more behind Australia in chocolates, so there is room, But after the US you might get shocked about small population. There is a lot of pacific in NZ, but colder. Country life.
