Most memorable chocolate experience:
My most memorable chocolate experience was when I was in 1st grade, enjoying my mother's Dark Lindt chocolate laced with liquor for that was when my love affair with chocolate started.

Another memorable chocolate experience was when my mentor, Stef Aerts and I made a chocolate buffet for the launching of Belcolade's Origin Collection in the Philippines, held at the Belgian ambassador's residence.
My favorite chocolate is:
Belcolade and Valrhona
