- I'm from a country (Venezuela) which produces one of the best cacao beans worldwide. Sadly, truffles in Venezuela is a privilege just a few people can have.
Since I moved out to Toronto in 2004, I'd completed a Chocoltier Certificate at George Brown College, and participated in courses at Callebaut in Quebec.
