Toss up between licking the spoon when my mother and grandmothers made homemade chocolate and the vegetable salad I demonstrated last night at the Goshen Raw Food Meetup. Ingredients for the salad were Cacao Nibs (100% chocolate), kale, blueberries, carrots, purple cabbage, Goji berries, hemp seeds, agave, extra-virgin olive oil, and sea salt. First time I have ever made a vegetable salad and added chocolate.

Raw chocolate with high percentage of cacao
