Life's So Sweet Chocolates - What I Do & Why
When I was eight years old, my mother and I would spend hours in our kitchen carefully crafting and wrapping decedent chocolate confections as gifts for family and friends. That's when I first learned the basics for working with chocolate. Through the years I've taught myself new techniques and experimented with different recipes. Last year, atfter some encouragement from my husband, I decided to rent a kitchen and sell my hand-made confections wholesale to area shops (florists, specialty stores, etc.).
Through a series of amazing events, I was able to open a retail store where I can both make and sell my confections.
I believe that I am continuing a lost tradition of offering hand-made chocolate confections for all who appreciate the effort it takes to make them and the delight in eating them. Though I believe in tradition, I also embrace new and unique ideas. I'll post more about these ideas and about my business soon.
