- Possibly the early years as a budding pastry chef. After spending all week up to my elbows in pounds of melted chocolate, chocolate buttercreams and chocolate mousse, I discovered I smelled like chocolate no matter what I did. Of course, I obviously didn't mind either ;-)

- So many to choose from! Anything dark really, and not Swiss.
