Most memorable chocolate experience:
I am working on and living in Brazil, also trying to deal organic cocoa necessity and to build small industry added to small group of farmers for open market on homecountry.

And, this is the best experience I have tasted before. To produce cocoa and after make raw cocoa with honey on refrigerator for 8 hours...
My favorite chocolate is:
raw with honey
