Career Change
Has anyone here moved from the corporate world to the chocolate cafe world? I've been thinking about it for the last few years, especially after spending time in Brussels. I would also like to connect with chocolatiers in the area as well who share an interest in creating something I believe is needed here (bean to bar) and coffee (bean to cup) in the Los Angeles area. Any suggestions on making the move that doesn't require a therapist would be greatly appreciated. ;-)See More

- Cafe in Brussels that provided its patrons chocolate in melted and solid form allowing one to bite into it or stir it into coffee, milk or pour over a biscuit. Either way, it was all quite delicious.
