Most memorable chocolate experience:
Early days but rewarding tucking into my first trial - or should I succumb and say "beta" - bar after long bean to bar journey..still very long way to go mind..more error than trial right now, particularly on winnowing front, but will persevere..
My favorite chocolate is:
Hmm, will let you know if I can ever free up a couple of grand for a tasting fund, so much to try right now..
