If you have a look at some of the videos on our website of the heated chocolate spray gun, you can see the spray pattern.... If using 50/50 mixture the effect which can be achieved on pralines is very good.  The KREBS food guns are widely used by pastry chefs and chocolatiers for spraying chocolate,
