Although I've been in the hospitality biz for almost 25 years now, this is the first time I've devoted all of my time entirely to chocolate.
I find myself chief chocolatier and bottle washer at the Schokolade Cafe (www.schokoladecafe.com), since opening up last August. I feature hand made chocoaltes, fine pastries, and , of course, coffee.
